Working Groups

The AJC currently has five working groups established to explore the following areas that have been identified as requiring further consideration:

1. Polluter Pays;
2. SEND and first instance decision-making;
3. Mental health and the administrative justice system;
4. Public Education; and
5. Digitalisation.

Previous working groups have included:

• Ombudsman and Tribunals Familiarisation; and
• Benefits Reform
