Mr Justice (Peter) Lane was appointed a High Court Judge in 2017. Assigned to the Queen’s Bench Division, he also became President of the Upper Tribunal Immigration and Asylum Chamber. A solicitor by background, he was an Upper Tribunal Judge until 2014, when he was made President of the General Regulatory Chamber of the First-tier Tribunal.
