Andrew’s role at PHSO focuses on identifying and building partnerships with a wide range of external stakeholders across the NHS, Government departments and other public bodies to support frontline complaint handling.  Andrew is responsible for PHSO’s Organisational Liaison Team, who regularly visit external stakeholders to talk about PHSO’s role and to share insight and learning from its casework.  Andrew and his team are currently working with a wide range of stakeholders to help create a Complaint Standards Framework that aims to provide a single vision for best practice in complaints handling across the NHS and the wider public sector.
