Ombudsman reform in a post-crisis world: what next for the public services ombudsman?

The Administrative Justice Council and the Ombudsman Association are delighted to invite you to this interactive webinar marking the publication of A Manifesto for Ombudsman Reform (edited by Dr. Richard Kirkham and Dr. Chris Gill).

The Manifesto features contributions from leading scholars on the ombudsman institution and sets out evidence-based proposals for reform and renewal. A summary of the content of the book can be found here.

The webinar will feature key insights from Rosemary Agnew (Scottish Public Services Ombudsman), Rob Behrens CBE (Parliamentary and Health Services Ombudsman), Prof. Carlow Harlow (London School of Economics), Mick King (Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman), Paul McFadden (Northern Ireland Public Services Ombudsman), and Dr. Sarah Nason (University of Bangor).
